Welcome to GetDigital AutoPost (“we”, “our”, “us”), a product operated by GetDigital / PT. Digital Mediakarya Indonesia. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, application, and services (“Services”).

You may revoke access at any time through the social media platform’s settings.

We do not store your social media passwords.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Publish illegal, harmful, abusive, or defamatory content

• Violate any platform’s terms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

• Engage in spam posting or automated abuse

• Interfere with or disrupt system performance

• Upload viruses or malicious code

• Harvest or collect data of other users

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees

• Allow us or our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method

• Accept recurring billing where applicable

5.1 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

5.2 No Refunds

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or schedule through the platform.

However, by using our Services, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store, process, and publish your content

• Use your content to operate and improve the platform

This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep our Services running smoothly but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access

• Zero errors or bugs

• Compatibility with all devices

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without liability.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Services rely on third-party APIs (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
We are not responsible for:

• Changes in third-party API policies

• Limitations or downtime caused by external platforms

• Loss of functionality due to API restrictions

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months

You may stop using the Services anytime by closing your account.
